Leadership Readiness & Alignment Study

This study is conducted when organizations are interested in understanding what their leadership capacity is for leading in a lean organization. The focus of the study is to review all leaders in formal leadership positions and identify their strengths as lean leaders, their opportunities for growth, their fit within the organization and their succession plans. The study can be conducted in two ways:

(1) It can be exclusively focused on assessing readiness and alignment of your formal leaders. At the conclusion of this study you will have a comprehensive understanding of your formal leaders competencies as a lean leader, areas for development and a lean depth chart that will assist your organization in effective succession planning.

OR

(2) It can be integrated with the Organizational Depth Structure Study allowing the organization to also evaluate the organizational structure against lean principles and assist with taking our layers where there is redundancy or waste. At the conclusion of this study you will have a comprehensive understanding of your leaders competencies and areas for development, a lean depth chart that will assist your organization in effective succession planning and a new organizational structure.

Testimonials & Results

Several years ago, the Minister of Health decided to adopt Lean methodology for health care in Saskatchewan. Jim, as the Board Chair for Saskatoon Regional Health Authority, embraced this move to a system of continuous improvement. He led by example, became trained and proficient in Lean, changed our meetings, transformed the region, and made greater strides in the improvement in healthcare delivery than we had seen in years.

- Randy Donauer, Board Member of Saskatoon Regional Health Authority

As a lean leader what I love the most about Bonnie is not only her belief in a roots up approach but her application of that. I have seen many examples of where lean management talks about customer/client involvement but Bonnie lives it- in her eyes everyone does have a valuable contribution to make. And as a result the quality of the organization goes up, and the costs and waste go down.

- Taren Trew, Administrative Assistant to VP People & Culture at 3sHealth

Teams lead by Bonnie typically accomplish more than teams with double the resources, mostly due to her leadership style, her ability to bring out the best in others, and how she consistently models an optimal balance of results and relationships.

- Brent Pederson, Director of Operations: Saskatchewan & Manitoba at Hay Group Limited

Jim is committed to lean methodology with his strong focus on safety and continuous improvement as tools to transform our health system. His is a natural and insightful provincial leader.

- Richard Anderson, Board Chair at Heartland Health Region
